Welcome to ARDST Dementia Care Center, Thiruvananthapuram

At Alzheimers and Related Disorders Society Thiruvananthapuram, (ARDST), we specialize in providing dedicated care and support to patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our Centre, which was inaugurated in March 2008, is driven by a mission to provide not only outstanding dementia care but also a sense of community, compassion, and empowerment to patients who are entrusted to us. ARDST operates under the provisions of the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, with Registration No: TVM/TC/41/2022, and is also approved under Section 12A of the I.T Act 1961.

Operating under the Thiruvananthapuram chapter of the Alzheimer’s and Related Disorders Society of India (ARDSI), this care center is dedicated to patients with dementia and other memory disorders. Initially established as a day care facility, it has since evolved into a comprehensive full-time establishment with a professional team providing 24/7 care and attention to the patients.

Patients with dementia and related ailments need proper, customized care. It was in view of this situation that the idea of ‘Snehasadanam’ evolved. With a deep understanding of the challenges these conditions bring in, our dementia center in Thiruvananthapuram offers a safe and nurturing space where seniors can lead a comfortable and dignified life despite the difficulties they face. The center serves as a nurturing “second home” for seniors in need of specialized care and support.
